Nitten has a total experience of 22 years, out of which 14 years of facilitation experience.
With a sales experience of selling confectionery to high-end Real Estate, before foraying into Training, he led large teams in an NGO and, as an orator, delivered mass programs across Maharashtra.

Nitten has worked in the areas of Public Speaking & Communication, Sales, Stress Management, Voice culture & Expression, Team Building, Leadership, Unconscious Bias, Mentoring, and Motivation. So far, Nitten has addressed people in various organizations like HPCL, John Deere, Airtel, Aon Hewitt, Ernst & Young, HSBC, Adani Power, Accenture, Edelweiss, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Max New York Life Insurance, JSW Steel, Royal Bank of Scotland, and various educational institutions.

Nitten's quest for seeking peace and happiness began because of a series of upheavals in his life. To seek answers and peace he went to the Osho ashram in Pune. That is when the meditation journey began. The first meditation he did was dying consciously which was a very profound experience and inspired him to go along the meditation path. His quest led him to seek many paths and forms of meditation. A decade ago, after doing a lot of exploration, he finally chose the path of Mindfulness. He has been a mindfulness practitioner for a decade now. What started as curious seeking has become a daily discipline now.

So far, he has trained students, teachers, non-profits, and corporate leaders in India and abroad. He is also a certified teacher with www.siyli.org who offers Mindfulness courses in over 40 countries. He is also a lead Mindfulness guide at www.zantideha.com Carrying his journey further he is keen on deepening his own practice, learning the philosophy and foundational teachings of Mindfulness. He is based in India and offers online sessions.
