Wie ben ik?

Supporting and counseling people who are facing difficult moments at a given time in their lives has always been a natural talent. With the willingness to turn my passion into my profession, I attended the "School of Life", which is a four-year bachelor educational program in the Netherlands. I successfully earned the degree and became a qualified Life Therapist. As part of this study, I also successfully completed the "Foundation of Western Medicine", which is an intensive two-year program to gain a high level of knowledge in human anatomy, physiology and pathology.
Although I have been living in Amsterdam for over 20 years, I have also lived in places such as New York City, Rome and Addis Ababa. I travelled to different parts of the world and came to realize that I truly feel a citizen of the world. Due to my rich background, I can help anyone with any different cultural, social and religious backgrounds in their personal development. My sessions are in English, Italian, Dutch as well as Tigrigna.

Het begeleiden van mensen die, op wat voor manier dan ook, vastlopen in hun leven, heeft er bij mij van nature altijd al ingezeten. Met de 4-jarige studie tot Levenstherapeut aan de School of Life heb ik van deze passie mijn professie kunnen maken. Ik heb mij daarmee bekwaamd in diverse benaderingen en methodieken uit verschillende disciplines en heb die leren integreren tot een aanpak die jou en je problematiek centraal stelt. Je voelt je erkend en gerespecteerd, waardoor je het vertrouwen en de motivatie hebt om je grenzen te verleggen.
Door mijn internationale achtergrond en meertaligheid ben ik in staat om ook cliënten uit andere landen met verschillende culturen te kunnen helpen.

Ik geef mijn sessies in het Nederlands, Engels, Italiaans of Tigrinia.

This powerful quote is from Teaching of Abraham (Esther and Jerry Hicks.) It is one of the many principles I utilize in my personal life. In my sessions, I also aim at transmitting this way of perceiving life to my clients. Throughout the years, I have acquired a wide range of methods and techniques.
In my practice for Life Therapy, I offer you my support and guidance when it comes to questions or concerns regarding your work, personal self-development or relationships. My intention is to bring you in touch with who you really are in essence. Consequently, I encourage you to embrace your full potential as well as your shortcomings. A Healing, counseling, or coaching could be part of the session depending on what is most appropriate for you at the time. Life Therapy takes a holistic approach, which involves working on the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual development of the person.

Ik werk vanuit de visie van een Levenstherapeut. Mijn bezieling is mensen in contact te brengen met wie ze in wezen zijn. In mijn praktijk voor Levenstherapie bied ik je steun als het gaat om jouw vragen of problemen met betrekking tot je werk, je persoonlijke zelfontwikkeling of relaties (zowel op het liefdesvlak, als met je familie of vrienden of geld.)
Hierbij kan een healing, reading of coaching onderdeel uitmaken van een sessie, dit is afhankelijk van wat het meest bij jou en je genezingsproces op dat moment past. Dit ligt eraan waar je bewust of onbewust met name behoefte aan hebt.
